Wendy ‘Nokuthula’ Mangwendeza
Director/Responsible Individual
Wendy puts the N and the W in Good News NWK, and is not only a director of the company, but also the organisations Responsible Individual. Wendy has a BSc hon in social work and a long career in supporting children and families.
When not at work Wendy loves to go to church and enjoys cooking for her family.

Kingsley Tiribabi
Director/Registered Manager
Kingsley puts the K in Good news NWK. Kingsley has more than 15 years’ experience working across a range of residential settings with both adults and children and holds a Level 5 in leadership and management.
When not at work Kingsley enjoys watching football and the news.

Hannah Gausden
Assistant Operations Manager
Hannah has 22 years’ experience working with adults and children with a range of disabilities and conditions within the autistic spectrum, including in community housing, respite and residential settings. Hannah holds a degree in Health and Social care.
When not at work Hannah enjoys open water swimming, boxing, doing a weekly pub quiz with friends and visiting new countries.

Craig Waights
Registered Manager Alexandra House / Gisburne House
Craig has 20 years’ experience of working with children and adults with a range of different Learning Difficulties and Disabilities including those on the Autistic Spectrum and those with physical disabilities. Craig has a BSc Open Degree including modules in Child Development & Psychology and has recently completed his Level 5 award in Leadership and Management.
When not at work Craig enjoys cooking and spending time with his family.

Paul Groves
Registered Manager Edinburgh House
Paul has 21 years’ experience in supporting children and adults in residential settings. This has provided him with vast experience in supporting individuals on the Autistic Spectrum, with Learning Difficulties and with complex social and emotional needs.
When not at work Paul enjoys long walks with his dogs in the countryside, gardening and spending time with the people that matter most to him.

Kate Willows
Deputy Manager Edinburgh House
Kate has 8 years’ experience in working in residential care settings with adults and children with disabilities as a support worker, senior support worker, and Team Leader. Kate has also worked as a Lead Mentor within the company helping to upskill staff in a range of areas. Kate has recently completed her Level 3 award in Residential Childcare
When not at work Kate likes to spend time with her family and dogs, and enjoys painting, cooking and camping trips.

Sophie Denton
Trainee Manager Alexandra House / Gisburne House
Sophie has 12 years’ experience working with adults with a range of Mental Health issues, Learning Disabilities, Physical health issues and Dementia. Sophie holds a Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management.
When not at work Sophie enjoys going to the gym and running (whenever the weather permits!). She also enjoys travelling and exploring new places and spending time with family and friends.
